How you would bring back to life the so-called “forgotten food”?
My idea is a brunch proposition inspired by what Greeks used to eat more than 50 years ago, all from stories I collected.
The ingredients are very simple and nutritious. Big plus, there is a low waste proposition in which cutlery and tableware are all edible. 
Simply you drink from your cup, then you eat the cup! 
The idea was developed for the challenge on “Food and Design Dive” course by Marije Vogelzang.
